Gautam Buddha Nagar Shines on GIS 2023 stage
Lucknow: Proposals worth Rs 7 lakh 85 thousand 937 crore were received from Gautam Budh Nagar regarding the Investors’ Summit to be held in Lucknow. Out of this, MoUs worth 7 lakh 45 thousand 815 crore were signed. In this, the maximum proposal of 1 lakh 6 thousand crores came from the Yamuna Development Authority. MoUs worth Rs 1 lakh 116 crore were signed in this.
This investment will provide employment to more than one lakh people. 90 officials from all the three authorities are participating in the Investors Summit. It may be noted that the Global Investors Summit is being organized in Lucknow from today till February 12.
This time the target of investment has been increased to Rs 17 lakh crore, whereas investment proposals have come up to Rs 21 lakh crore. District Gautam Budh Nagar alone has an investment of more than 7 lakh crores in this.
The main reason for this is also the road shows of Noida officials in Australia, Singapore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chandigarh. Those investing here include IT, ITES, commercial, infrastructure, group housing, dairy, energy, agriculture, education, civil aviation, medical education, forest companies. The maximum investment has been made in the IT/ITES sector.
Proposals worth 88 thousand 700 crores came in Noida Authority. In this, MoUs worth Rs 85 thousand 993 crore were signed by 361 companies. In this, 2500 crores from the management of Lulu Mall. 5000 crore from Adani, 7500 crore from M3M India Pvt Ltd, 4300 crore from Injica, 4000 crore from Clear Lake Pvt Ltd, 3200 crore from Theme County Pvt Ltd, 2400 crore from Godrej Property Ltd., 2000 crore from Fairfox Infra Pvt Ltd , Rose Berry State LLP has entered into an agreement to invest 2000 crores, Theme County Pvt Ltd 2000 crores, Mahagun Infratech Pvt Ltd 1800 crores, Canceller Consultancy 1200 crores.
And 13 companies have signed MoUs worth more than Rs 500 crore. The authority said that investments from Singapore and Australia have also been included in this. It also includes a data center and an education related investment.
One stall each of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Industrial Development Authority has been set up at the Global Investors Summit to be held in Lucknow. Through this stall, apart from every information related to investment, big projects to be brought in the coming time and big achievements in the past years are being told.
