He said that Ghazipur district has been identified with Maharaj Gandhi and Maharishi Vishwamitra. He said he is feeling proud to have come to Ghazipur, the land of sages, saints and soldiers. BJP National President JP Nadda was also present on this occasion.

National President made Ghazipur the focal point of his tour

In his address, the Chief Minister said that BJP National President JP Nadda is taking the skills of the organization to the masses under the guidance of the Prime Minister. In his second term, JP Nadda, who has implemented democratic values and ideals with full commitment, has come to Ghazipur, this holy land of saints, sages and soldiers, after taking the blessings of Baba Vishwanath and Maa Ganga. The national president has made Ghazipur the centerpiece of his second term programme. All of you have seen the works of the double engine government. Which is taking the benefit of every scheme to the public without any discrimination.

The identity of Ghazipur has been from Maharaj Gandhi

The Chief Minister said that Ghazipur has been identified with Maharaj Gandhi. Saint Tulsidas in Ramcharit Manas says on the means of getting rid of the terror of the demons that “Gadhitanay man chinta byapi. Hari Binu Marhin na Nisichar Papi. This mafia, these criminals will not die without the grace of God, if this thing came to the mind of any sage for the first time, then it was Vishwamitra ji associated with this earth. When National President JP Nadda was the Health Minister of the country, Ghazipur had received the gift of a medical college, we named that medical college after Maharishi Vishwamitra. The Chief Minister said that Lord Shri Ram is our heritage. The meaningful form of five hundred years long struggle is being seen in front of all of us today. Today, under the guidance of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, the work of Lord Ram’s temple in Ayodhya by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust seems to be progressing towards the final stage. It shows our respect for heritage.

Earlier it used to take eight hours, today Lucknow is two and a half hours away.

The Chief Minister said that today change is visible everywhere. On one hand, development work and governance plans are reaching the people without any discrimination, while on the other hand Ghazipur district has become a living example of what kind of action should be taken against professional criminals and mafia who are a threat to security. Due to the Purvanchal Expressway, today one can reach Lucknow from Ghazipur in just two and a half to three hours, which used to take seven to eight hours earlier. Here, during the time of Manoj Sinha ji, excellent efforts have been made for railway connectivity.

Today Ghazipur has its own medical college. The biggest river cruise also left for Dibrugarh from Kashi via Ghazipur. Every house tap scheme and the work of providing electricity to every house is being done in the double engine government. All this has been possible only because of the guidance of Modi ji. I have come to call you, the politics of caste, creed and religion can never do welfare of anyone, it was the biggest barrier in the development of UP. The public understood this and laughed away. We may not have got success in the Lok Sabha and Vidhansabha elections here, but we have never neglected anything in the development works. I assure you that all kinds of schemes will come here, BJP guarantees security and prosperity to all of you.
