Gola Gokarnath temple to be developed on lines of Kashi Vishwanath : CM Yogi

Lucknow: UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Lakhimpur Kheri. Here he addressed the public meeting, taking charge of the campaign for the by-election to the Gola Gokarnath assembly seat. The Chief Minister appealed to the people to make Aman Giri, son of late former MLA Arvind Giri,  win. During this, he said that the government would in any case make payments to the sugarcane farmers. In this, the walls of the jail are waiting for those who commit corruption or malpractices.

Development without discrimination

He said that today all-round development is taking place without any discrimination in the government of double engine. A medical college is being built here. After this, the public will not have to go to Lucknow or Delhi for treatment. They will get the best system of health here. Apart from this, medical studies will start. Under the double engine government, today in Lakhimpur district, poor people are getting the benefits of PM Svanidhi Yojana, housing, toilets, track businessmen. Apart from this, villages and habitations are being electrified and free electricity connections are being given to the poor.

BJP engaged in service during Corona period

The Chief Minister said that during Corona, he must have seen how the leaders and workers of the double engine government and BJP were engaged in the service of the public. Free treatment, free vaccine and free ration were arranged by the government without any discrimination. If there was an SP government, no one would come out of their homes. If ration had come from the central government, these people would have burped it completely.

He said that earlier the farmer here was compelled to commit suicide. Today the double engine government has given the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to more than 5 lakh farmers of the area. In Lakhimpur, 5 lakh poor people are being given free cooking gas and under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, about 40 thousand daughters are being given benefits through Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana. Apart from this, 51 hundred daughters have been married here under the mass marriage scheme. Along with this, the system of giving pension to destitute women and Divyangjan has also been completed in the government of double engine.

Gola Gokarnath Temple to be developed as Kashi Vishwanath Corridor

The Chief Minister said that Late Arvind Giri, as a qualified public representative, got the Inter College, ITI and Hospital constructed. His wish was that the Gola Gokarnath temple should be developed in the form of Kashi Vishwanath Dham. The Chief Minister said that every effort would be made to convert this place, popularly known as Choti Kashi, into the real Kashi. Faith will be respected, which will create employment for the youth. We will rehabilitate the street vendors here, no one will be ruined. The order for beautification of this place and widening of the road has already been given.
