Lucknow: The government has extended the last date for filling the online declaration form for sugarcane farmers from December 25 to December 31. This decision has been taken giving a last chance to the farmers who have been deprived of filling the declaration form due to slow server speed or lack of good knowledge of mobile or internet. This information was given by the sugarcane development and sugar commissioner of the state, Sanjay R. Bhoosreddy. He said that the last date for filling the online declaration has been extended six times in the past, due to which about 99 percent sugarcane farmers have filled their online declaration form. Only one percent sugarcane farmers have been deprived of filling the manifesto due to technical reasons.
In view of the convenience of these farmers and the continuous request made by the sugarcane farmers on the department’s toll-free number 1800-121-3203, it has been decided to extend the last date by providing one more opportunity of seven days to fill the declaration form.
Sugarcane farmers who do not fill the declaration form will not receive the sugarcane slip through SMS. The facility of normal increase, increase in yield and additional speculation etc. will also not be available.
