Governor Anandiben Patel reviews CSJMU Kanpur NAAC Accreditation preparations

Kanpur: Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University (CSJMU) Kanpur will be evaluated by NAAC team. Regarding all the preparations related to the evaluation, Governor Anandiben Patel reviewed the preparations by meeting with the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Vinay Pathak. The University has already received NAAC grading twice, now it is preparing its Self Study Report for NAAC for the third time.

In the meeting, the Governor instructed the Vice-Chancellor Professor Vinay Pathak that all the meetings for the preparation of NAAC should be held only after the work and teaching work of the university. She asked him  to make the subjects coherent and presentable in the presentation. She said that no committee member should be confused in the presentation at the time of peer team observation for evaluation.

All the details related to the point at which the presentation is being given should be attached to the letter, photo hyper link of the activities. Instructing to strengthen the hyperlinks, she said that while clicking on the hyperlink to view the details, the details should be displayed for immediate viewing.

Instructions to extend the time limit of library and laboratories

In the meeting, the Governor directed to write captions for all photo graph details. She urged the competent authority to  put photographs with the presence of the students in all the photographs depicting the arrangements of the university campus.

During the review, the governor asked for increasing the time limit for opening the library, opening the laboratories for 24 hours, including regional language books in the library, hostel-passport system in the hostel, 100 percent uploading of research texts on Shodh Ganga, convocation ceremony.
