Governor inaugurates Studio Incubation Center at Tilak School of Journalism and Mass Communication
Lucknow: The Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Anandiben Patel inaugurated the newly created Studio Incubation Center at the Tilak School of Journalism and Mass Communication and the Anandam-Chaitanyam Yoga Center established in the Department of Yoga Science at Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, and by the students of the Department of Fine Arts. She visited art exhibition.
On this occasion, the Governor said that through the newly constructed studio in Tilak School of Journalism and Mass Communication, along with skill development of the students, they can be practically trained and prepared for entrepreneurship. Along with this, teachers will get the facility to create e-content and provide inclusive education to every type of student.
Speaking on the Anandam-Chaitanyam Yoga Center, the Governor said that the center will help students, teachers and all the participants in removing mental stress and will infuse new energy in them. She said that hundred days of Yoga festival is celebrated before International Yoga Day. Celebrate this Yoga festival with enthusiasm and inspire people to join Yoga.
After observing the exhibition organized by the Department of Fine Arts, the Governor said that the students of India have a lot of interest and talent in folk arts. Such exhibitions should be encouraged more and more, so that these arts get a respectable place in the world.
Governor Anandiben Patel congratulated the university family for getting A++ category by NAAC. She said that this achievement is inspirational for other universities.
On this occasion, the Governor appealed to the universities to cooperate in campaigns like water conservation and energy conservation. She said that with the efforts of the Prime Minister, the year 2023 has been declared as the International Year of Millets. Universities should run awareness programs for nutrition, health benefits of millets and its cultivation.
On this occasion, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Sangeeta Shukla along with teachers and students were present.
