Governor lauds Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Vishwavidyalaya Gorakhpur for highest NAAC grading
Lucknow: The members of the committee formed for NAAC preparations of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Vishwavidyalaya Gorakhpur, which has received the highest grade ‘A++’ in NAAC assessment, met State Governor Anandiben Patel. Congratulating all the team members on this achievement, the Governor encouraged them.
On this occasion, the Governor motivated the team members to maintain the highest level in the upcoming evaluations as well by continuing the allotted tasks related to NAAC evaluation. She said that efforts should be made for international ranking by making the quality of the university world-class. She stressed on systematic record combination by continuing the data collection of the university.
The Governor also discussed with all the team members about their work and personal experiences during the preparation for NAAC assessment. During the discussion, the team members shared their special work experiences.
She called the information obtained from the NAAC brainstorming workshop organized by the Governor in Lucknow important in the preparation of NAAC. The members expressed gratitude for the meetings held by the Governor to review the SSR prepared for evaluation by the University and for the valuable and necessary suggestions given for improvement.
On this occasion, the Governor honored the Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. Rajesh Singh by giving him a citation.
