Day:- Every Monday

Timings:- 10:00 to 12:00

Purpose:
1. Solving the village level problem at the village panchayat level itself.
2. To solve the problems, villagers should avoid running at block, tehsil, and district levels and save unnecessary expenditure on running.
3. Prompt resolution of problems at the village level.
4. Considering the geographical location of Sonbhadra, effective measures to reach the facilities to the people.

Usefulness of the program
The main problems that come at the gram panchayat level are problems related to revenue, Panchayati raj, rural development, health, ration, Anganwadi, education, etc.
If these problems are resolved at the level of the Gram Panchayat Secretariat, then the same problems will come at the development block, tehsil level, and district level, the solution of which is either not possible by the Gram Panchayat or the complainant is not satisfied with the disposal of the Panchayat. It will come up to the top of the filter and its disposal will be done with good quality.

Process Of Gram Samadhan Diwas
Clusters of Gram Panchayat Secretary are fixed in Gram Panchayats. According to the cluster allotted to the secretary, the Panchayat Secretariat is operating in the Gram Panchayats, but every day all the village level officers and employees are not able to attend together.
Every week on Monday, the time for sitting at the Gram Panchayat Secretariat is to be fixed according to the rotation, fixing the time of 2 hours, as well as the time which will be fixed, according to that time, Lekhpal, Panchayat Assistant, Employment Sevak, Kotdar, Asha, ANM and Anganwadi The cleaning workers will be present there.

If a gram panchayat secretary has 6-gram panchayats, then on the first Monday in the first gram panchayat of the cluster, on the second Monday in the second gram panchayat of the cluster, the time will be fixed from 10 to 12 o’clock according to the roster respectively.

The date which will be fixed, its publicity will also be made, along with it will be written on the Gram Panchayat Secretariat so that all the villagers are aware.

Department Coordination

Revenue Department
The village-level officer of the Revenue Department is the Lekhpal, their roster has to be determined accordingly. The problems that arise at the village level should be solved only. If there is any complaint of that village/panchayat on public hearing, chief minister portal, or district magistrate portal, then it will also be resolved. Income, caste, residence proof, and inheritance letters will also be prepared for the villagers.

Health department
The presence of ASHA, and ANM posted at the village level is also to be ensured. In which the Ayushman card, which is not made, can be made by calling them there. Those who have any complaint or need from the health department will be resolved there. Chlorine tablet in hand pump, providing health facility to the general public.
Panchayati Raj/Rural Development Department

With the presence of the Secretary at the Gram Panchayat Secretariat, copying of family register, copy of death register, copy of the family register, hand pump repair, payment of wages of MGNREGA wages, and other complaints related to Gram Panchayat will be resolved. Sumangala’s form will also be filled under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.

Kotedar/ Ration
If any complaint related to ration comes in the Gram Panchayat, it will be resolved in the presence of Kotdar, Pradhan, Lekhpal, and Secretary.

Education Department
The grievances related to school education and related to MDM in Gram Panchayats will be resolved. In order to increase the attendance of the children, the information about the house whose children are not going to school or who are not enrolled can also be given to everyone by the teacher on that day. The name of the guardian can be told by the teacher to the village head that the children of such a group are not coming to the school, which will also help in improving attendance.

District Program Officer
Anganwadi present in the Gram Panchayat will also be present on this day. Any complaints related to Anganwadi will be disposed of immediately. Efforts will also be made to take the schemes run by the department to the people.
A complaint register will be made in the Gram Panchayat, in which whatever complaint is received, it will be marked and after resolving that complaint, its disposal will be given in that week. The complaint which is not resolvable at the village level will be sent on the pad of the village head with the joint signature of the concerned village level officer at the development block level, tehsil level, and district level.
Officers from the development block, tehsil level and district level are also being directed to participate in the Village Solution Day program at the Gram Panchayat level. So that the quality of Village Solution Day is maintained and everyone’s attendance can be ensured along with the quality of disposal.
