Helping people hone the craft of a field master trainer

Lucknow: In a bid to improve the quality of works of field level workers by the Department of Child Development and Nutrition and strengthen the field of co-operative supervision to encourage continuous improvement, capacity building, one Child Development Project Officer from each district is to facilitate Development Partners UPTSU Alive and Thrive, UNICEF, World Vision and Piramal.

The idea of two-day training in the health sector  is do build potential as a field master trainer of the divisional/district representatives.

The inauguration was done by lighting the lamp by the Minister  Baby Rani Maurya. The trainees will be fully and diligently trained as Master Trainer in the field. While giving instructions, the  Minister mentioned that the honorable Prime Minister’s malnourishment free country is the basis.

In realizing the vision of making and development programs of Chief Minister, make greater use of digital technology to increase transparency and accountability.

Child Development Department and Nutrition to make field level personnel strong and competent. The department is constantly making new efforts and innovations. In this episode, cooperative supervision was started.
Secretary Child Development and Nutrition Department Anamika Singh has informed. They are providing field training of Master Trainer in 4 batches for two days for cooperative supervision.
A dashboard is being prepared to analyze and monitor the data received from it, due to which real time monitoring will be done from district and state level and departmental programs and the services would be made available to the beneficiaries in a timely manner and would also include qualitative improvement.

Speaking on the occasion,  Thomas Farrisier, Director, Alive and Thrive South Asia,  Binu
Anand India Director Alive and Thrive, Dr. Vikas Yadav Senior Program Officer. Efforts are being made by his organization regarding cooperative supervision by BMCF.

And in future also, the field technical assistance of the department was highlighted.

Programs like UPTSU,  Anoop Kumar Piramal Foundation,  Esther Rani Word Vision etc. were present.
