Hrithik Roshan To Play Ravana In Nitesh Tiwari’s Next

Mumbai: After Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush, which releases in January 2023, efforts are on to bring the story of Ramayana on screen once again. Buzz is growing louder that director Nitesh Tiwari, who has made films like Dangal and Chhichhore, is fast casting this Ramayana.

At the moment it is not clear whether this Ramayana is being made for the big screen or whether it will come on OTT as a webseries. But speculation is rife that its casting has started. In this Ramayana by Nitesh Tiwari, there are talks of Hrithik Roshan being given the role of Ravana, while Ranbir Kapoor’s name is going on for the role of Ram.

In this Ramayana of Nitesh Tiwari, the role of Sita is not being given to any Bollywood actress. According to Box Office World Wide, the latest update of Tiwari’s Ramayana is that the role of Sita will be played by famous Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam actress Sai Pallavi. Earlier, the name of Deepika Padukone was being discussed for the role of Sita. Its shooting will start in 2023.
