Imbibe human values as you gain knowledge – Anandiben Patel

Lucknow: State Governor Anandiben Patel participated as the chief guest in the two-day Assessor Orientation Program of NAAC organized under the aegis of Era University in Lucknow. While addressing the function, she said that NAAC really sets the direction to establish the method of quality education. NAAC evaluation is necessary to make the education system quality driven.

While discussing in detail efforts to improve the quality of education in higher education institutions in the state, the Governor said that the institutions should not be confined to their premises and connect the utility of education with the society. She said that the students should develop human qualities and develop an understanding of socialism by connecting them with the development works of the backward sections of the society and villages.

Addressing the program, the Governor asked to make available the new medical research done in Era Medical College to the public and the elderly at large. She also inspired private colleges and universities to adopt them for the overall development of the village in the state.

NAAC Expert Prof. S. Srikant Swamy, Trustee of Era University Prof. Abbas Ali Mehndi also expressed their views in the program. The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Jamal Masood  expressed his gratitude to the Governor. On this occasion, NAAC Expert Wahidulhasan and other University Vice Chancellors and Professors were present.
