Lucknow: An executive meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia, women got work of degree college, emphasis on increasing the income of the corporation, good governance and transparency will increase.
The executive meeting of the Municipal Corporation was held under the chairmanship of Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia in Triloknath Hall of the Municipal Corporation located in Lalbagh, in which the following proposals of public interest were approved.
Municipal Corporation’s first women’s college will open on PPP mode
The proposal to open the first women’s degree college of the Municipal Corporation in Lucknow on PPP mode was passed by the first woman mayor of Lucknow. The Municipal Corporation will provide land for the Women’s Degree College and the degree college will be constructed on PPP mode. Along with this, female students will get high quality education at the minimum fee in the said degree college.
Girls will get self-protection training in municipal schools
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia passed a proposal to provide self-protection training to women students through NGOs free of cost in all educational institutions of the Municipal Corporation. For which instructions were given to invite proposals from NGOs.
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia passed a proposal to deposit the rent at the old rate till the decision of the House on the objection raised by the traders on the increased rent in Gurunanak Market of Charbagh, the remaining rent will be deposited as per the decision of the House.
Allotment will be done in the name of institutions in the new market
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia passed a proposal to allot all the offices allotted on the first floor in the new market located in Kaiserbagh, not in the name of any person but by renaming it in the name of the organization residing in it. For which the executive committee authorized Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia for the decision.
– After verifying all the medical outlay of the municipal employees, the Municipal Commissioner was authorized to pay on the basis of availability of funds.
Budget of Laxman statue site passed
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia said that the total expenditure of pedestal etc. for the installation of the statue of Lord Laxman ji was recommended by the executive committee of Rs 47.11 crore. In which Rs 15.20 crore will be spent for statue construction, Rs 29.21 crore for development works like pedestal, museum etc. 111 feet high statue of Lord Laxman will be installed in Laxman Prerna Sthal. Along with this, a museum and gallery will also be built under the pedestal, in which Laxman ji’s entire life cycle will be there. Along with this, construction of water body, horticulture, pathway and toilets for women and men will also be made at the inspiration site.
The Municipal Corporation will save its land, the board will be set up, the Mayor has asked for the Lekhpal and Tehsildar from the government
Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia said that for the protection of vacant lands in the municipal limits, the corporation will get GIS mapping of its lands done as well as a board of ownership of the corporation will also be put up. Apart from this, a resolution was passed to provide corporation lands and residences of River Bank Colony to non-commercial, social organizations for office and use, amending the earlier rules. Due to the shortage of Tehsildars and Lekhpals in the Municipal Corporation, Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia also directed the government to send a letter demanding the appointment of Lekhpal and Tehsildar.
Good Governance: Municipal Corporation will now be able to open accounts only in government banks at high interest rates, unusable accounts will be closed
On the instructions of the mayor, the unusable bank accounts of the municipal corporation will be closed, as well as the account will be opened only in government banks paying more interest.
The system will improve with the income of the corporation
To control the cattle rearers in the municipal limits, 2 cows can be reared by each household. For whose license the Municipal Corporation increased the license fee to Rs 500. At the same time, increasing foreign breed dogs from Rs 500 to 1000, as well as incentives will be provided to keep domestic dogs, for this the license fee on country dogs was kept at 500 only.
While filing a PIL against the ban imposed by the High Court on catching street dogs, the Municipal Corporation will also apprise the public about the damage being done.
– The municipal executive has fixed the rates for issuing licenses on veterinarians operating in the municipal limits, in which Rs 5000 for pet clinic (for treatment), Rs 10000 at breeding center for three breeds, Rs 15000 at breeding center for five breeds. , Pet Shop, Pet Store and Veterinary Diagnostic Lab, Pet Store Rs.10000, Pet Critches Rs.10,000 per annum charged.
Municipal Corporation has increased the parking rates of vehicles in city parking, in which the car and vehicle up to 6 wheelers have been increased from Rs 40 to Rs 100 per day, on vehicles above 6 wheels and up to 10 wheels, from 60 to 200. Rs.100/- per day increased from Rs.100 to Rs.300 on vehicles above 10 wheels.
According to the mandate in Lucknow Municipal Corporation limits, it was decided to increase the inspection fee of Rs 20 per meter, ambar fee of Rs 40 per meter and reinforcement fee of Rs 192 per meter.
Heavy fine will be imposed for deteriorating the beauty of the city
– The executive has imposed a fine for putting up posters in the city, now only those who spoil the beauty of the city will be fined. A fine of Rs 20,000 was imposed in the first instance and Rs 1000 per day thereafter.
