In Mahanagar Orderly Room proceedings, top cop DK Thakur calls for swift redressal of cases

Lucknow: The police commissioner, Lucknow, reviewed the pending investigations being done by the investigators in the cases registered in police station Mahanagar police station, Hasanganj and police station Vikasnagar. The following points were emphasized during the review.

He stressed on swift redressal of  Pending discussions, Pending Partial Discussions, Pending reviews, Deliberations pending in gazetted officers, police stations and other branches, Disposal of goods in police stations, NBW received at the police station, service of attachment and warrant recovery of fine,  Investigation/disposal of complaint applications received at police stations.

Apart from this, the Commissioner of Police directed to increase the night patrol in view of the incidents of theft, cash-making and fix the responsibility of two wheelers, four wheeler PRV vehicles in a new way and fix their responsibility for the prevention of these crimes.

During the orderly room, Deputy Commissioner of Police North and Assistant Commissioner of Police were also present, who were given necessary directions regarding the supervision of pending investigations by the Commissioner of Police.
