Inspired by Noida, now government plans to setup Jharkhand Bundelkhand Industril Development Authority
Jhansi: Jhansi-Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (JBIDA) will now be formed to develop Bundelkhand on the lines of Noida. It will be developed as an industrial city like Noida. UP Finance Minister Suresh Khanna gave information about this. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna said that this is a new experiment. JBIDA’s work will start this year itself. Land is cheap in this area. The Defense Industrial Corridor is being built here. The intention of the government is that development should spread to other places as well. That is why this area will be developed on the lines of Noida.
In recent days, according to the information received from the government in UP GIS, 3,33,992 employment opportunities will be created in seven districts of Bundelkhand only. 216 proposals were received in Jhansi, an investment of Rs 1,35,865 crore would be made here.
This will provide 1,32,453 jobs. An investment of 63059 crores will come in Chitrakoot through 207 proposals, which will provide employment to more than 78471 youths. Jalaun received 61 proposals worth Rs 49673 crore. Due to this 16365 jobs will increase here also. If you look at Lalitpur, 86 proposals have been received for the prosperity of this district. 23695 employment opportunities will be created here with an investment of 32960 crores.
The investment figure in Banda is Rs 9973 crore, with this 8295 youth will stand on their feet. In Mahoba too, investors have signed MoU for investment of 23266 crores, due to which more than 63943 youth will be able to fulfill their dreams by getting employment on their own land. At the same time, 110 proposals for investment have come in Hamirpur, through which the way of employment for 10770 youths will be decided by spending 2069 crores.
The node of Defense Corridor is being established in Jhansi. On the other hand, the Bundelkhand Expressway has been constructed to ease the connectivity of the people. On the other hand, two link expressways have been announced to connect Jhansi and Chitrakoot.
The government believes that with the investment of lakhs of crores of rupees, the population area will expand. There will be a need for housing of industrial personnel along with the investors.
If the officials of the Industrial Development Department are to be believed, like Noida, the industrial area will be developed in the surrounding areas of Jhansi. Here the action plan is being prepared according to the investors. A new housing scheme will also be formed. Soon its DPR will be prepared and presented before the cabinet.
