Institute of Management Sciences discusses ethical corporate Laws
Lucknow: Institute of Management Sciences, Lucknow University, organized a discussion on topic “Sustainable and ethical Corporate Laws” New age Business practices in India.
Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), Lucknow University, conducted one day discussion on topic “Sustainable and ethical Corporate Laws” in Viswakarma auditorium under the guidance of vice chancellor Professor. Alok Kumar Rai, Chief Patron & Special guest and Professor. Vinita Kocher, OSD, IMS, Lucknow University.
The program started with lightening lamp ceremony, students singing Kulgeet of Lucknow University and welcome speech of respected Professor. Vinita Kocher. Professor. Vineeta Kocher appreciated the Lucknow University for achieving first National reputed Institute having introducing NEP thus improving education system and rating.
OSD said Corporate Laws should be ethical and sustenable in this dynamic business environment. Vice chancellor Professor. Alok Kumar Rai welcomed family of University of Lucknow and appreciated Lucknow University to have NAAC A++ status, first state Institution having NIRF rating thus leading in entire country and suggested students to develop commitment and competence, skills and given example of ethical and unethical incidences in corporate world.
In the Program chief guest Justice. A. R. Masoodi, Senior Judge High court, bench of Lucknow suggested students that Corporate Laws are collectivism approach, so develop expertise, every person should develop expertise so that collectively contribute to society, Inclusive development is required. and Professor. Manish Singh, guest of Honour, Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University were present as dignitaries.
He said that every student should act ethically, sharing values to society to achieve sustenable and ethical business, then it mitigate risk and increases profitability. Business and ethics have strong relationship. It was very interactive and motivating session. vote of thanks was given by Dr.Pallavi Thakkar.
