International Women’s Day 2022: Breast Cancer and Skin Care Awareness session by CII-Yi Health Wing, at Apollo Clinic

Lucknow: To celebrate the eve of International Women’s Day 2022, the Confederation of Indian Industry-Yi Health wing of Lucknow organized an interactive session on Skincare and Breast Cancer Awareness program at Apollo Clinic, Hazratganj.
To attain the goal of establishing a healthier society and flourishing the message of self-love and care, Dr. Archana Mishra (Gynecologists) and Dr. Sonali Sharma (Obstetrician-Gynecologists) aware about the preventive measures for Cervical and Breast Cancer.
Dr. Sonali Sharma said, every year, a huge number of women in the country succumb to these two cancers. The lack of awareness and poor treatment for these disorders is the fundamental cause. She stated getting older, drinking alcohol, not exercising, and conceiving pregnancies after 30 could be few risks factor. She recommended women undergo regular check-ups for protection and to pay special attention to their diet.

Preventive Measures for Skin Disorders
Dr. Garima Malhotra (Dermatologists and Cosmetologists) told about skin problems during the event. She claims that women are becoming victims of a variety of ailments as a result of an imbalanced diet and a lack of proper routine. The annoying fact that a considerable proportion of them are young women and adolescent girls, whose hormonal imbalances have been rising during early age, is particularly concerning.

To bring attention to the significance of women’s health in today’s world, Ms. Vidhi Agarwal, President of Techno Group stated “Women are taking the lead on every front, and is equivalent to men whether it is a matter of national security or the responsibility of running their families. Thus, additional attention to their health is essential.

Young Indians Chairperson Jyotsna Singh Agarwal stated that women who effectively carry out all of their responsibilities in the home, at the office, and even in society often fall behind in terms of health. On the eve of International Women’s Day, make a promise to yourself that you will not compromise on your health. The session was successfully conducted under the esteemed presence of Yi- Lucknow Chair, Ms. Jyotsna Singh Agarwal, Co-Chair Mr.Rishi Agrawal, Executive Member- Bhanu Shukla and President of Techno Group Ms. Vidhi Agarwal.
