Jadooz Plans to Open 500 Mini Entertainment Zones in UP
Lucknow: Jadooz plans 500 mini entertainment zones in UP. Bollywood is back and Jadooz, the fastest growing small town cinema and gaming company in India is all set for its major expansion in the state of Uttar Pradesh. This award winning startup has set an example by giving cinema and entertainment zones to places like Shophian and Pulawama.
Jadooz was founded by Padma Shri Shobhana, MTV star Rannvijay Singh Singha and is the first company across South Asia to do cinema plus gaming plus interactive education across small towns in India.
Jadooz has earmarked 30 districts for Phase 1 of signing and executing 100 screens in 18-24 months. Jadooz is already operational in Maharajganj district and Mathura district offering First Day First Show to local diaspora and also giving Virtual Reality experiences in Nichlaul, Maharajganj District.
This initiative is expected to give a huge boost to the Bhojpuri film industry as they will have more screens to premiere and monetise. In order to foster entrepreneurship Jadooz will be helping entrepreneurs with some capital and loans to co-partner in these entertainment destinations. By the end of 2023 an additional 1 crore people will have access to cinema and gaming within an hour’s drive.
Padma Shri Shobhana, who has done more than 200 films in the south said the Jadooz team is committed to getting cinema to people who did not have it for decades and this initiative will bring the joys to cinema to the heartland.

Now people from small districts and towns can also become mini cinema theatre owners by putting a small investment, said Distribution Partner Dr Akhand Pratap Singh. By establishing this, people can earn good profit and can also provide employment there, he added.
