Kailash Kher leaves Lucknow spellbound with his mellifluous voice

Lucknow: Third evening of Uttar Pradesh Day celebration was in the name of Bollywood’s very own singer Kailash Kher. Along with this, on the stage of Avadh Shilp Gram,  the artists of the country and the state won the hearts of the people who saw and heard the song, music and dance performances.

Singer Kailash Kher, who has won the hearts of fans with his soulful voice belting out scores of Bollywood, Sufi and Kailasa series songs, made his debut with Kaaga Sab Tan Khaiyon….. Second song – Mein to tere pyaar mein deewana ho gaya…. Next song with his Kailasa group members – Aao Ji….. Raha.

After this, while praising Chief Minister Yogi and his team, he urged the audience behind to dance before presenting Tauba Tauba Re Teri Surat Masha’Allah Re Teri Surat… Then came Tu Jaanejaan and a series of songs went on. He performed Piya Ke Rang Rang Dinhi in a Sufiana style. He left all awestruck with Tere bin nai lagda …. aur teri diwani…… se chala padla.

Before Kailash Kher, Agnihotri brothers Rakesh-Devesh, famous for singing bhajans, extolled the glory of Shiva. In his voice full of devotion, he presented praise – Har Bam Bam Har Bam Bam….

Chief Secretary Durgashankar Mishra, referring to the two big events of February, the Investor Summit and the G20 conference, congratulated the artists and the culture department. Also told that the event will last for a month. He presented certificates to the dance troupes of Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and State troupes Sheetla Prasad Verma, Mohini, Rajesh Maravi, Nitin Dave, Jaini, P Joy and Khazana Singh.

Earlier, Principal Secretary Tourism and Culture Mukesh Meshram while congratulating everyone said that from 24 to 26 Uttar Pradesh Day was celebrated in all the districts. State level events were held in Lucknow and Noida.
MLC Ashwani Tyagi, Divisional Commissioner Roshan Jacob and District Magistrate Suryapal Gangwar, Special Secretary Anand Kumar were also present on the stage as guests.

Earlier  the stage was set with the energizing vocals of Alha. Satyanarayan Shukla’s disciple Ramlakhan Tiwari of Unnao and his companions narrated the events of Alha in an energetic manner. Divyang artist Shabina brought tears to the eyes of the audience by reciting ‘O Mere Watan Ke People’ in a soulful voice.

The pair of Ranjana and Suruchi recited the song Aayo Aayo Vasant Rituraj Guiyan. On the occasion of Vasant Panchami before ending with the song Hori. Before this, before independence, he went to the events of the houses and presented Mahatma Gandhi as a bridegroom, offering the humorous Suraji folk song – More Charkha Ka Toote Na Tar Charkha Chalu Rahe. They started with the praise of Goddess – Veena Pani Maiya Laya Sur Taal Da and then recited the patriotic song – Lahere Deswa Mora.

Young dancer Anshika Tyagi won applause by dancing on Awadhi folk song- Saiya Mile Larkaiyaan.
