Lucknow: Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs, Kaushal Kishor, will inaugurate the grand picture exhibition organized by the Central Bureau of Communications, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, Lucknow on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and Independence Day on 16th August 2022.
The three-day exhibition is being organized from 16 to 18 August. In the exhibition, paintings on the theme of martyrdom of Kakori, Partition horror – Memorial Day and 8 years of service, good governance and poor welfare will also be displayed in the exhibition.
Manoj Kumar Verma, Joint Director, Central Bureau of Communications, Lucknow, informed that the entry of everyone in the exhibition is free so that maximum number of people can reach the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence festivities. The exhibition is being organized at Chhatrapati Shivaji Auditorium, Babuganj, Faizabad Road, Lucknow. The exhibition will be open to all from 10 am to 7 pm.
Giving more details about this event, Verma said that along with the photo exhibition, quiz competition, lecture, cultural program, group discussion and public awareness program will also be organized. Attractive prizes for the winners of the quiz competition. has also been arranged in the programme.
In the exhibition, information about various schemes of freedom, freedom movement, partition horror-memory day, martyrdom of Kakori and 8 years- service, good governance and poor welfare will be found at one place. Picture exhibition, quiz competition and other programs are being organized with the aim that the knowledge of general public and students will increase and they will be able to acquire more and more information about their freedom movement.
In this program, along with Kaushal Kishor, former Additional Director General of Central Bureau of Communications, Lucknow R.P. Saroj and other dignitaries and senior speakers will also participate.
