Khanak Budhiraja unveils Teaser of Ek Kori Prem Katha
Mumbai: Debutante Khanak Budhiraja has released the teaser for her upcoming social satire, Ek Kori Prem Katha. Khanak took to social media to share a teaser for her passion project, Ek Kori Prem Katha, which she captioned, “Presenting to you my passion project I poured my whole heart and soul into, Ek Kori Prem Katha, is finally here!” “Stay tuned for more information.” Chinmay P. Purohit directed the film, which also stars Akshay Oberoi, Poonam Dhillon, Raj Babbar, and Darshan Jariwala.
Khanak Budhiraja was born on June 22, 1993. She is an architect as well as an Indian actress who primarily appears in Hindi films. She was a model before making her acting debut. She was also named “Chandigarh’s Face of the Year 2012” in 2012. She relocated to Mumbai after being signed by a major production house to make her Bollywood debut.
Budhiraja was born and raised in Haryana’s Ambala Cantt. Randhir Budhiraja, her father, is a stock market and real estate investor. Ratika Budhiraja, her mother, is a housewife. Parth Budhiraja, her younger brother, is an ACCA member and a fitness enthusiast. She received her B.Arch. (Bachelor of Architecture) from the Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture after graduating from the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Ambala Cantt. She is the only girl in her family and is very close to her grandparents. She decided to fulfil her grandfather’s dream of seeing her as an actor after losing him to COVID in 2022. She is a devout Christian who enjoys dancing, singing, cooking, travelling, and staying in shape. She has a flair for fashion and interior and exterior design. She is also a licensed Zumba instructor. She is very passionate about women’s empowerment, gender inequality, illiteracy, depression, and rising youth suicides, and she supports NGOs and organisations that work in these areas.
Aside from her debut film, Khanak Budhiraja has already been cast in her second film, “Johnny Jumper,” alongside Tanuj Virwani, Vijay Raaz, Zakir Hussain, and Brijender Kala, and directed by Saurabh Varma.
