Lalit Kala Akademi, Regional Center sends out a Green message through Art

Lucknow: Under the Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava celebration at Lalit Kala Akademi, Regional Center, Lucknow the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was held.  Under the “Clean India Campaign” in a series of programs, students and the center campus and Lalit Kala Akademi organized the program of spot painting, wall painting and tree painting by young artists.

The chief guest of this program was Vishwa Bhushan Mishra, Additional Director, Civil Aviation, Uttar Pradesh and special guest – Dr. Sanjeev Kishor Gautam, Member of General Assembly, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi among others. The inauguration was done in the presence of Devendra Kumar Tripathi and dignitaries, artists.

On this occasion, the chief guest Vishwa Bhushan Mishra said in his speech that cleanliness has a lot of importance in life. Whatever is clean is beautiful. He said in cleanliness and beauty through creative ideas in our life the growth is possible. Even scrap can be done as an artwork through creativity. He said this way we can make our world better and beautiful.

He further added, “arts make human beings more sensitive, through which we can understand life better and understand other things. Referring to the functioning of Lucknow center, he said that the way this center is active for the advancement of art and artists, Lucknow has been named as the art capital of the country and should be developed. He urged all the people especially the students of the school to keep alive the art and artist within themselves and inspire and encourage others.

Special guest on this occasion- Dr. Sanjeev Kishore Gautam, General Assembly Member, Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, in his address, said that the Akademi continues to encourage and encourage art and artists.

New events are being organized and this effort will be made continuously. Academia for new youth in the field of arts will continue to do the program.

In this program, young artists of 50 Lalit Kala Kendra, Lucknow and other universities participated. Also students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, City Montessori School and Vidya Tree Modern School and Girls also participated in this program and created beautiful pictures.

At the end of the program, certificates were distributed to all the participants and gifts were also presented to the students. On this occasion, with the officers and employees of the regional center

Shri Venugopal Parashar (Supervisor, Sculpture), Shri Pramod Barua (Supervisor, Graphic) Shibram Das (Supervisor, Sirmik), Praveen Sharma, Consultant, Gyanendra Mishra, Soumya Agrahari, Girish Tiwari, Dr. Umendra Pratap Singh, artist and parents, teachers of various schools were present.
