Let a Dryfruit Delight tickle your tastebuds for good

Lucknow: This year has been a tough time for all. If someone lost something, there are also those who have gained. With the year coming to an end, with good and bad experiences, Christmas and New Year are also coming. So why not live this remaining time with sweetness.

In keeping with the changing times, Gyan Dairy has brought for you a delicious dish called Dryfruit Delight to add sweetness to this post Corona Christmas and New Year.

To make it, you will need Makhana which is shallow fryed, 2 tablespoons Gyan Desi Ghee, 2 Tablespoon Roasted Magaz, 50 Gram Cashew-Almond Roasted, 1/4 tsp Dry ginger, Jaggery as per taste and 1 glass of water.

Coarsely grind or mash the Makhana, Gum, Magaz, Cashew and Almonds.

Hence now heat Gyan Dairy Ghee in a pan. Put jaggery in 1 glass of water and cook till it dissolves. Now put all the ingredients in it and cook in a low flame for 20 minutes. The hot dryfruit delight is ready to be served.

So, let’s serve something sweet this festival adding sweetness to our lives.
