Lucknow Airport security to be in the hands of U.P. SSF – Sanjay Prasad
Lucknow: According to the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the responsibility of security of Lucknow airport will be entrusted to the newly formed UP SSF in the state. Instructions have been given to take necessary action for this at the earliest.
Principal Secretary, Home Sanjay Prasad has directed the officials of the Home Department to expedite the disposal of files and efforts should be made that no file remains pending for more than two days. He has also directed to fully adopt e-office system in the Home Department.
A thorough review of IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) and 6 months action plan was done by the Principal Secretary, Home at the Command Center located in the Home Department. He has directed all the officers associated with the Home Department to prepare a list of the 10 oldest pending cases and ensure their speedy disposal. He has also directed that old cases of IGRS should be disposed of on priority.
On this occasion, apart from Home Secretary, Tarun Gaba and BD Palson, all Special Secretaries, Joint Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries, Under Secretaries and Section Officers of the Home Department participated in the meeting.
