Lucknow: The meeting of the works under the Gram Panchayat Development Plan was held under the chairmanship of DM Surya Pal Gangwar. In the meeting held at APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium Collectorate, the DM directed to make the website of the district like Wikipedia. The DM said that all the necessary and important information should be recorded on the website of the district. Apart from this, complete information based on the location of schools, colleges and other educational institutions should be visible to the general public on the website.

Create a virtual village using Google Maps. In it, the network of drinking water pipeline, sewer line, road should be displayed by categorizing it by color. The DM directed that by December 15, two meetings of the Gram Sabha should be held compulsorily in the Gram Panchayats.

Before organizing the meetings, a brochure in a video film should be made and distributed among the villagers to give information about all the gram panchayats and all the departments which are cooperating in their development.
