Lucknow Metro Organizes 3 Day Metro Carnival at Hazratganj Metro Station

Lucknow: As a precursor event to Metro Diwas marking 6 years of inception of UPMRC, Lucknow Metro has organized a 3 day ‘Metro Carnival’ at the Hazratganj Metro Station. Commenced from 2nd September 2023 onwards, 23 stalls have been set up at the metro station. The people can visit the exhibition from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Various ranges of items like artificial jewelry, leather bags, chocolates, mushroom made bakery products, arts and crafts, Gujarati clothing and many more alike have been displayed for sales. The people of all age groups who wish to purchase hand made items specifically can purchase them at affordable rates. Lucknow Metro has been conducting these exhibitions for the past one year. This initiative taken by Lucknow Metro is providing a conducive environment for performing all types of business activities for small and mid-segmented vendors.

Speaking about the three days exhibition,  Sushil Kumar, MD, UPMRC said “Lucknow Metro has organized several exhibitions and carnivals in the past to promote small scale businesses and NGO’s working for good cause.
