On 26th August 2021 a 9 year old girl child was left in coach while her mother was de-boarding the train at Transport Nagar Metro Station. The child left the train at Amausi Metro Station, where a passenger handed over the child to Station Controller and was handed over to her mother thereafter. In the other incidence occurred on 19 August 2021, a passenger fell unconsciously at Charbagh Metro Station. Quickly responding to the emergency situation Metro officials called the ambulance and admitted the patient in Balrampur hospital.
In the incident occurred on 9th August 2021 a passenger left behind his laptop bag containing laptop, Mobile, wallet & ATM Card at CCS Airport Metro Station. Metro Authority called kursi road resident and handed over his bag safely to him. In the similar incidence occurred on 5th August 2021, a passenger forgotten her purse containing Rs. 5030 Cash and other important documents. Station controller called the passenger and returned back the purse to the passenger.
Kumar Keshav, MD, UPMRC said,” The entire staff of Lucknow Metro is committed towards providing best passenger service to the commuters to ensure safe and convenient travel. He also appealed to all the Metro personnel to continue their service with similar dedication and said, “Safety of life and belongings of the passengers is our topmost priority.
