Lucknow Police Commissioner calls for keeping mischief mongers at bay during Muharram but respecting sentiments

Lucknow: Keeping in view the mourning period of Muharram 2022 in Reserve Police Line District Lucknow, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Police Commissioner Lucknow DK Thakur regarding the preparations for the security arrangements, necessary guidelines were given.

Keeping in view  upcoming Muharram  Police Commissioner Lucknow  DK Thakur, Deputy Commissioner of Police West  S. Chinappa, Deputy Commissioner of Police Traffic  Rahul Raj, R.A.F. Commandant  D.K. Singh organized a seminar to brief the officers/employees of district/non-district police on duty in the upcoming Muharram 2022.

While keeping a close watch on the chaotic elements/misleading/objectionable posts/objectionable posters on social sites, he has instructed to take special vigilance, as well as every officer/employee engaged in duty were instructed by the top brass to travel in the area equipped with safety equipment while on duty. Staying and maintaining security/peace among the public, while also respecting sentiments.
