Lucknow: Managing Director, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Mr. Suryapal Gangwar, while inspecting 33/11 KV New Cantt Electricity Sub-station, called for information of changers installed on the feeder and the information of cables installed at other sub-stations so that electricity consumers get accurate information about the status of the changers of the area.
Director (Technical) Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., conducted night inspection of 33/11 KV Radhagram Electricity Substation of Urban Distribution Division. All the feeders were checked during the inspection. Feeder load was normal. Night inspection of power sub-station at 33/11 KV Clive Road, Raj Bhavan, Urban Distribution Division, was done by the Director (C.P. and Administration).
Some technical flaws were found in the sub-station, for which the concerned Executive Engineer was directed to get it rectified. The electrical load of the sub-station was also found to be normal.
Chief Engineer (Distribution) LESA Sis-Gomti, conducted night inspection of Hanuman Setu Electricity Substation of Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Residency. During inspection the load on all the feeders was normal. The night inspection of 33/11 KV power sub-station of the metropolitan area was done by the Superintending Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Board-VI. During inspection the load and tripping of all the transformers of the substation were found to be normal. Superintending Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Board-Ninth, of 33/11 KV Sector-25 Electricity Substation of Indiranagar area inspected.
The power supply was found normal on all the feeders of the sub-station. Superintending Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Division-I, Raj Bhavan inspected the load balancing of the transformers installed in the sub-station during peak hours. Night patrolling was done by Superintending Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Board-II, at 33/11 KV Electricity Sub-station under Minister’s Housing and Gomti Nagar and in Sector-4, and 33/11 KV Power Sub-station in Chinhat. During inspection, the load of transformers and feeders of all sub-stations was found to be normal and complaints related to electricity were also found to be zero.
After night inspection of Radhagram by Director (Technical), a special morning raid campaign was conducted by Executive Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Thakurganj in the areas related to Radhagnam sub-centre. In which 11 electricity consumers were found involved in theft of electricity. Against whom an FIR was lodged at the local police station.
Executive Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Sitapur Road monitored the complaints related to electricity supply and electricity of Faizullaganj Electricity Sub-station of the block and work was also done to balance the load of two 400 KVA transformers. In the Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Uptron, the Superintending Engineer Electricity Urban Distribution Division-III, Uptron inspected the power sub-station. During inspection, the load on 11 KVA feeders of the sub-station was found to be normal. About 100 premises were checked in areas like Najaf Road, Khariyai, Chhot Shah Alam Road, Haiderganj, Mehndiganj etc. by running Morning Raid by the Executive Engineer of Uptron Division. Load was increased by 8 electricity consumers, 21 electricity consumers disconnected due to power connection. On which the total outstanding amount was Rs 4.41 lakh and on being found indulging in theft of electricity by 31 electricity consumers, FIR was lodged under section 135.
The switchyard of 33/11 KV Vikas Nagar sub-centre was inspected by Executive Engineer, Electricity Urban Distribution Division, Rahimnagar. During the inspection, a technical fault was found in the bus bar. Which was immediately removed and the power supply was normalized. At present the load on all the feeders of the substation is normal. The Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Cess-IV said that due to technical disruption in the 132 KV line coming from Sarojini Nagar towards Rahimabad, the power supply was disrupted in 33 KV Malihabad area. After taking immediate action on it, the power supply was normalized this morning. In Electricity Distribution Board, Cess-I, Executive Engineer, work was done to balance the load of 250 KVA converter by doing night patrolling in G Block, South City under 33/11 KV Utretia sub-centre.
