Lucknow: In a shot in the arm for MBA students, now those who are in the University working to gain knowledge in business administration will now get the facility of digital learning platform. The digital learning facility will give students an insight into new employment dimensions.
Adding to the opportunities, skill development training will also be given to the students. To get things happening, the Lucknow University signed an MoU with the representative of IBM Skills and CSR Box India on Saturday. On this occasion Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai and Manoviraj Singh, Project Manager, CSR Box Foundation were present.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that after MoU, now students will be able to take advantage of the digital learning platform. They will get many facilities including training for new skills, employment opportunities along with getting information about useful technology in present and future.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Rai pointed out that under this MoU, students of Lucknow University as well as affiliated colleges will also be benefited.
Dean Academic Prof. Rakesh Chandra, Director, Central Placement Cell, Sanjay Medhavi were also present. Medal distribution started from MBA department on Saturday. Three gold medals were given to two MBA students in the program presided over by the Vice-Chancellor.
Among them Himashu Rao was awarded Anant Pandey Memorial Gold Medal, Dr. Krishna Sahai Choudhary Gold Medal. At the same time, student Shaivya Mishra was given President Sarvepalli Radhakrishna Gold Medal for securing highest marks in MBA fourth semester.
