Meet all development related targets before March 31 – Dr. Roshan Jacob
Lucknow: Under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Dr. Roshan Jacob, a review meeting on 37 points of governance and development works was held in the auditorium of the Divisional Commissioner’s office with the District Magistrates/Chief Development Officers and departmental officers of all the districts.
In the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Dr. Roshan Jacob discussed in detail about (37 points) and progress of schemes related to all the departments of development works. She told the concerned officers to work with interest on the ground reality, increase the target, speed up the incomplete construction works, so that the target can be accomplished within the time period.
During the review of Amrit Yojana, if the progress of Lucknow district was not found satisfactory, she directed the concerned officials to speed up the work. Reviewing the payment of sugarcane price to the farmers, she asked the concerned officers to make payment to the farmers on priority basis without delay.
During the meeting, information was received about the work of silt cleaning and delivery of water to the tail in the canals and instructions were given to ensure that the canals are cleaned before the coming monsoon. During the review, on finding deficiency in silt cleaning work in district Unnao, the concerned officials were directed to get silt cleaned immediately and canal routes reviewed.
She said that by increasing the capacity of water, water should be delivered to the canals. If the progress report of construction/widening and strengthening of new roads is not found satisfactory, the concerned officials were directed to ensure that the construction/repair work should be done in a quality manner and there should not be any laxity in this. They should complete the patch repair work within the time limit.
While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, it was found that 401.72 percent of the amount contained in the acceptance claims was achieved relative to the amount contained in the acceptance claims, 401.72 per cent of the target was achieved under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (treated beneficiary) scheme. Against 228692, 199993 treated beneficiaries were benefited. Which is 47.45 percent of the target.
Under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (Golden Card), 3066117 golden cards were made against 7321205 eligible beneficiaries in the circle. Expressing dissatisfaction, the Divisional Commissioner directed the concerned officers to speed up the making of golden cards. While reviewing the community toilet construction scheme, it was found that 6601 community toilets were constructed against 6593 in the division.
Cases of illegal mining/transportation, updated status of mining leases, pending settled cases filed at the Additional District Magistrate and Court level, Fertilizer Safety and Drug Administration, I.G.R.S., programs related to development, free sack electricity dues, investment friend, construction/widening of new roads. , Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ration Card, Improvement in Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Arrangement of Drinking Water, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, National Livelihood Mission, Chief Minister Awas Yojana, National Rural Drinking Water Mission, Food Logistics, Marriage Grant, Pension, In-depth review of progress of Kanya Sumangala Yojana, work of Anganwadis, Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan, Community Toilets, Panchayat Bhavan, Swachh Bharat Mission, Skill Development Mission etc. and gave instructions to meet the targets before March 31.
Chief Development Officers of Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Unnao, Rae Bareli and Lucknow were present in the meeting.
