Minister Jitin Prasada formally inaugurates development works to make better roads
Sitapur: The Hon’ble Minister Public Works Department inaugurated 05 works costing 6456.99 lakh in Sitapur district on 23rd April 2022. Inauguration of various important road works of district Sitapur was done by Hon’ble Minister of Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh, Jitin Prasada during the program organized at Public Works Department, Inspection Building on Saturday.
Hon’ble Minister inaugurated 03 roads constructed at a cost of 5972.72 lakh, whose total length is 47.40 km. He also laid the foundation stone of 02 roads to be constructed at a cost of Rs.484.27 lakh, whose total length is 2.60 km. The works inaugurated include widening of Hargaon Maholi road from km 0.0 to 34.400, widening/strengthening of Matua Sakran Bholaganj road from km 22 to 32 in Sitapur district and Ali Janpurwa link road via Paragipurwa to the right from km 17 of Thangaon Rampurmathura Gonda Deoria road.
Similarly, the foundation stone laying works include construction of Rasulpur-Gwari link road from Basudaha via Baba Kameshwar Nath temple and 120 meter stretch of Chauka river and Kherwa link road under NABARD.
He also gave instructions to complete the foundation stone laying works with full quality within the stipulated time period.
During the program, Minister of State for Urban Development, Urban Overall Development, Urban Employment and Poverty Alleviation Department Rakesh Rathore Guru, Prison Minister Suresh Rahi, Hon’ble MLA Sevata Gyan Tiwari, Member Legislative Council Pawan Singh Chauhan, BJP District President Achin Mehrotra, Hon’ble MLA Biswan Concerned officials and Hon’ble public representatives were present along with Nirmal Verma.
