Monitoring of sealed buildings will be done with ‘Drishti App’, this will tighten the screws on illegal construction

App prepared on the instructions of Akshay Tripathi, Vice-Chairman of Lucknow Development Authority, will be implemented after presentation in the board meeting .

Ceiling orders will be available on a single click, regular monitoring of sealed buildings will also be ensured

Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority will now ban illegal constructions through “Drishti App”. All sealing orders with photographs of illegal constructions will be available on this app and the enforcement officers will have to monitor them regularly. With this, there will also be no possibility of the builder getting the construction/finishing work done secretly in the buildings sealed by the Authority. The Drishti app, prepared on the instructions of Vice President Akshay Tripathi, will be implemented after the presentation in the board meeting of the authority.

Akshay Tripathi, Vice-Chairman of Lucknow Development Authority, held a meeting in this regard on Tuesday and gave directions to the officials. He told that this ceiling app has been prepared by Uptron named organization Grand Enterprises, which has been named Drishti App. Its presentation and training has been given by the organization to all the zonal officers/prescribed authorities and engineers working in enforcement. The Vice President said that from now onwards the monitoring of sealed buildings will be done through this app only. Under this, from 01-04-2021 to 22-06-2022, all types of illegal construction/plating related sealing orders will be uploaded on this app. The Vice President said that while inspecting the sealed buildings regularly by the Junior Engineer/Assistant Engineer, their photos and details would be uploaded on the app. In the absence of inspection, an alert will be issued on the app and the responsibility of the concerned engineer will be fixed.

Apart from this, in case the seal of the construction site is opened in any case, the reason will have to be explained on the Drishti app. The Vice President said that the Drishti app would be presented in the board meeting tomorrow, after which the system of the app would be implemented. Officer on Special Duty Devansh Trivedi said that for the implementation of Drishti App, all the officers and engineers related to the enforcement work have been given login IDs by the IT Section. Apart from this, the app has been downloaded in the mobile phones of the junior engineers.
