More than 500 players will get place in various services of U.P. : CM
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the Police Khel Kumbh will inspire youth power to join sports activities. He said that we are going to give place to more than 500 players in various services of the government, where they will move towards a better future along with participating in sports activities.
Chief Minister Yogi attended the All India Police Athletics Complex Championship 2022-2023 . Addressing the program organized on the ground of PAC 35th Vahini Mahanagar under the leadership of Sashastra Seema Bal, CM Yogi said that 1300 participants from 32 states are participating in this event, which explains the success of this program. Sports play an important role in the all round development of an individual.
He said that this event being organized under the leadership of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) will be helpful in laying the foundation of guiding principles for our young generation. He said that along with increasing the facilities of the players, the action is being taken forward to give places to the players participating in national and international competitions in various services of the UP Police and the government.
Yogi said that India’s sage community has always preached the fact that the body is the medium, Khalu Dharma Sadhanam. That is, all the resources of our life can be accomplished only with a healthy body. Sports activities play an important role in a healthy body.
CM Yogi said that with the increase in India’s participation in all international competitions like Olympics, Asiad, World Championship, Commonwealth Games, the number of medals has also increased. It reflects the capability and skill of a country.
He said the Sports competition works to give a lot in even and odd circumstances. Today Uttar Pradesh has progressed rapidly in sports activities. MP sports competition is being organized in each parliamentary constituency. Two to two and a half thousand players join these competitions. Sports activities play an important role in channelizing the youth power in a constructive and positive direction.
Yogi said that today our government is building a playground in every village of UP, mini stadium at block level, stadium at district level, open gym and sports college for men and women. With this, the youth in the villages will be free from mutual attachment and hatred and promote constructive and healthy competition.
CM Yogi said that 560 km of Uttar Pradesh. The border is connected with our friend Nepal. Sashastra Seema Bal is making better coordination with the police force while discharging its duties there. Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister, he said that after 10 years, UP has got the opportunity to organize this event. It is a matter of great pleasure that the 71st All India Police Athletics Cluster Championship is going to be held in Uttar Pradesh, the state with the largest population of the country.
