MotoGP to give India an image makeover at the global level
Lucknow: The Yogi government is going to organize the Moto GP India bike race for the first time from September 22 to 24 at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida to establish a strong image of Uttar Pradesh at the global level. Under this, 116 bike riders from 45 teams will show their speed on the Buddh International Circuit. Riders will race superbikes at a speed of 360 kmph on the racing track. With this, where on one hand there will be a business of 954 crores, on the other hand 4932 people will get direct and indirect employment.
A spokesman of the state government says that the Yogi government is continuously organizing various programs to make the state a one trillion dollar economy and to establish the changed image of the state at the global level. Moto GP India is part of that series. In this, bikers from different countries will be exposed to the infrastructure of UP which is being developed in terms of sports.
The spokesperson claims that the Yogi government will set a new world record with the Moto GP India bike race to be held in the state. Through this, the picture of UP which has changed in the last 6 years will be shown all over the world. There will be live streaming of the event in 195 countries. The race will be watched by approximately 450 million homes around the world during the live streaming. During this, the specialties of UP will also be shown.
He told that it is the fifth most popular game in the world, which is watched by the maximum number of people. On the other hand, about one lakh people will be able to sit and enjoy the Moto GP India bike race at Buddh International Circuit. UP branding will be done on the sides of the track during the MotoGP India race. During the program, guests will come along with the media of the country and the world, to whom ODOPs will be presented. Along with this, stalls of ODOP will also be set up at the venue.
The three-day event will greatly benefit the local economy. In fact, during the race, there will be a turnover of 954 crores in the local market, of which 13.5 percent in food and beverages, 10.4 percent in the sale of various products, 10.4 percent in the hotel industry, 13.4 percent from tickets, transport Business will be 5.1 percent from tourism, 5.9 percent from culture, 34.9 percent from travels and 6.4 percent from other items. 77.5 percent people from different states of the country and 22.5 percent people from different countries will participate in the race. It is estimated that about 51 thousand rupees will be spent by these people.
According to an official spokesperson, more than 40 percent tickets for the Moto Bharat GP race have been sold so far. In this, tickets ranging from Rs 800 to Rs 40,000 are being sold. Apart from this, the tickets of Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2 lakh will be sold through online medium.
Publicity will be done in the country and abroad
The spokesman said that 51 crores are being spent by various departments of the Yogi government for the bike race to be held in September. These include 18 crores on racing track repair, 15 crores on sponsorship and 18 crores on other things. This event will benefit real estate, hotel and tourism, local industry, media and environment for the next seven years. In fact, Qatar recently hosted the FIFA World Cup. During this, millions of people from all over the world came to Qatar to watch football matches. This had a huge impact on Qatar’s economy.
The Yogi government has started an action plan for its wide publicity. This Race will be promoted overseas through a short video based on Uttar Pradesh on the race weekend. Whereas in different states of the country Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Visakhapatnam, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Jaipur will be done through stalls and exhibition while in Noida and Delhi through e-buses with UP government and Moto GP India logo.
