NTPC Rihand launches Ayurvedic medical facility for nearby villagers

Rihand: Under Corporate Social Responsibility and Dhanwantari Hospital of NTPC Rihand, an Ayurvedic medical facility was organized for nearby villagers in Bijpur Rehabilitation-1. The program was inaugurated by General Manager (Fuel Management) K. Gopalakrishna.

This medical facility will be presided over by Dr. Radheshyam every Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 01 pm. This is a unique initiative of NTPC Rihand under Har Din, Har Ghar Ayurveda, so that nearby villagers can get free Ayurvedic medical facilities. In his address, Gopalakrishna said that Ayurveda provides comprehensive medical treatment for all classes without any side effects. He also said that Ayurveda every day, every house is an initiative of the Government of India so that Ayurveda can be adopted in every household of India. In this series, NTPC Rihand has always been doing various works for the better health of the nearby villagers.

Chief Medical Officer (Dhanwantari Hospital) Dr. Monisha Kulshrestha, Additional General Manager (Human Resource) Zakir Khan, Executive (Corporate Social Responsibility) Mokshada Jogi, village heads of Bijpur, Dodhar and Sirsoti and nearby villagers participated in the programme.
