Pensioners continue to fight for their rights, women to join the league

Lucknow: Under the joint aegis of EPS 95 Rashtriya Sangharsh Samiti and Uptron VRS Karmachari Kalyan Samiti, a huge gathering was organized in the courtyard of Tikaitarai Talab Lucknow. In which huge outrage was expressed over the non-increasing of minimum pension and non-payment of PF, salary and other dues of Uptran employees who had voluntarily retired for the last 21 years.

The speakers openly criticized the neglectful attitude of the central and state government towards pensioners. The meeting was mainly addressed by the Chairman  Subhash Choubey, VP Singh, Achal Mehta, Mukesh Bhatnagar, CL Bandani from the Uptron committee and  Om Shankar Tiwari National Secretary, KS Tiwari National Vice President, Rajiv Bhatnagar Chief Coordinator from the EPS 95 Committee. , Rajesh Tiwari Divisional Vice President addressed the event.

The meeting was conducted by the President of Central Zone RN Dwivedi.

In the meeting, the women workers announced that she is not going to sit quietly, she will participate shoulder to shoulder in every movement of pensioners, especially the women’s cell president Geeta Verma along with Lakshmi Kuril, Sunita Sonkar, Kiran Mehta And Renu Verma expressed there views.
