Lucknow: The logo, anthem, jersey, mascot and torch of the Khelo India University Games were unveiled at a grand function organized at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. During this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) said that all of you are invited to be a part of the Khelo India Games.

CM Yogi said that people’s attitude towards sports has changed as compared to earlier. With the changed outlook, the importance of sports has also increased in the form of India University Games, our preparations are complete for the biggest sporting extravaganza ever. Players from all the 200 participating universities will get a chance to see and understand UP.

On the other hand, on this occasion Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said that a few days ago we completed 5 years of Khelo India launch. It became a platform where the work of finding and grooming players is done. These players have won medals for the country. And today I can say that the biggest event of 3rd edition Khelo India University Games is going to be held in Uttar Pradesh.
