Lucknow: Huddle, Empower, Rise (H.E.R.) is a globally active women’s community that was founded in August 2020. It has evolved to become a 7000 member strong organisation and is only getting bigger by the moment.
The Group consists of women members from around the globe including many international cities like Dubai, London, Toronto, Jeddah as well as from Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Calcutta, Aligarh & of course Lucknow.
The aim of the organisation is to provide women from all walks of life, a platform to raise their voice, find their support group and network to greater success.
The Event happened on 8th of May 2022 planned offline, where members of the group were invited to meet and greet, learn and share.
Speakers were invited to take Q&A sessions related to Women law, Finance education, Parenting and Skin care.
There was a mixed menu buffet lunch for women and kids. Entertainment for members include games, talent rounds and a special contest by Radio City 91.1 fm.

Standing true to its word, the event organized by social media group Huddle Empower Rise (H.E.R) founded by Aisha Ayub at a prominent banquet in Lucknow, held on Mother’s Day lived up to its expectations. A large number of empowered women joined in on important conversations and talked about some relevant topics and major challenges faced by women. Dr. Aakansha Godiyal took a very interactive session on the topic of skincare for all age groups of women.
A very informative session was by Ruchi Kapoor (CA) on Managing your finances and investing your money as a homemaker or a working professionals. Pediatric dentist Dr. Neha Saxena spoke on common problems faced by mothers with their children’s oral health care. The very experienced educationist Shobha Dev (Principal: Mother Care School) talked about – Post Pandemic behavioural issues faced by young children. Advocates Surangama Sharma and Ujjwala Shankar enlightened the gathering about rights of women and Domestic Violence remedies under DV Act 2005 respectively.
It was a wonderful group of empowered and fun loving women who played games and won prizes. Famous RJ – RJ Naaz conducted a special contest giving away a wonderful chance to the winner to host a radio show along with her. The event felicitated awards of excellence to Anupama Raag (Bollywood singer/composer and Deputy Commissioner GST), Priya Khanna (Entrepreneur/Makeup Artist/Owner of Geetanjali Salon Lucknow branches), and Raina Pandey (Chef/Travel & Lifestyle Influencer and owner of Raina’s kitchen)
Bloggers and influencers Charul Uppal (insta id- chinky.punjaban) and Shruti Wahi (insta id- bespoke grub) spike about their journey of breaking barriers and shining in their field.
All in all an event that all who attended said was a hit and left them more empowered, enriched and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure to see women empowering each other to achieve their potential. It was a sisterhood leaving everyone more connected to each other.
