Prevention of dengue and communicable diseases a priority – AK Sharma
Lucknow: Urban Development and Energy Minister AK Sharma did a virtual review on cleanliness, water logging, de-addiction of roads, prevention of dengue and communicable diseases after Diwali and in view of the upcoming Chhath festival.
AK Sharma gave strict instructions to the civic authorities to keep the cleanliness system after Diwali as tight as before. Instructions to work on it in a systematic and systematic manner so that the bodies should be cleaned continuously better than before.
Special arrangements should be made for all the bodies on Chhath festival along with the cleanliness of the ghats and adequate lighting and special security arrangements.
To stop the flow of flowers, garlands, fruits and offerings in the rivers, offering urns should be made in the water stream. Barricading should be done in the water stream to prevent devotees from going into deep water.
Changing rooms should be made at all the places so that women do not face any inconvenience on Chhath festival. Community toilets and mobile toilets should be cleaned 24×7.
To prevent dengue and mosquito-borne diseases, communicable diseases, eliminate water logging in cities, spray anti-larva and do fogging.
Roads and roads should be made pothole-free at the earliest so that people do not face any problem in commuting. Full emphasis should be given on special cleanliness and lighting and security arrangements at religious places and cleanliness of toilets.
