Rajbhasha Pakhwada -2023 inaugurated in NCL,

Singrauli : On the occasion of Hindi Diwas in Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna company of the Government of India, the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of the company, Shri Bhola Singh inaugurated the “Rajbhasha Pakhwada -2023”.
In his presidential address, CMD Shri Bhola Singh, wishing everyone a Happy Hindi Day, said that the official language of India is Hindi. Along with livelihood, Hindi is also the language of social and cultural concerns. Shri Singh stressed on introspection for the use of Hindi and appealed to all present to promote the use of Hindi from their homes to offices. Along with this, he said that Hindi should be propagated and the use of Hindi should be made meaningful by bringing it into practice.
During the program, Company CMD Mr. Bhola Singh, Additional Director (Personnel) Mr. Manish Kumar, Director (Finance) Mr. Rajneesh Narayan, Director (Technical/Operations) Mr. Jitendra Malik, Director (Technical/Project & Planning) Mr. Sunil Prasad Singh, Company JCC members, CMOAI representatives, head of departments and other company employees were present.
During the program, Manager Personnel Shri Pankaj Pandey read out the messages received on Hindi Day from Minister of Home and Cooperation, Government of India Amit Shah and Deputy Manager Personnel Kaushal Kumar read out the messages received on Hindi Day from Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Coal and Mines, Government of India Pralhad Joshi.
Before this, at the beginning of the program, General Manager (Personnel), NCL Shafdar Khan welcomed all the guests. The Department of Rajbhasha was also informed about the outline of the programs to be organized during the “Rajbhasha Pakhwada”.
It is noteworthy that the Official Language Fortnight was started on Hindi Day in all the coal fields and units of the company. During the fortnight running till 28th September, various programs will be organized to promote the promotion and use of the official language Hindi in the company.
