Rakul Preet Singh shares her experience of donning the role of a pilot
Mumbai: Actress Rakul Preet Singh, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film “Runway 34”, shares her experience of playing a pilot for the first time.
Rakul Preet Singh said that when you wear a uniform there is a certain sense of dignity that automatically comes in.
Talking about her role in the film, she says, It is one of the best scripts that I have heard after a long time and I immediately said a yes to it. Rakul has gone through proper training and has always been under the guidance of a real pilot to get into the mindset of the character and show proper skills.
Learning new things for film is one of the favorite parts of his work. Talking about her preparation for her character, Rakul Preet shares that my experience playing a pilot was amazing. I love my job because you get to play different roles and learn a lot of different things.
We were given cockpit training for about 2-3 days where there was a captain on the set who explained to us how the whole panel works because we shot in a real simulator, even during the entire shoot, the captain just made sure what we had to do was use the right buttons, and use the right terminology when flying the plane, so that it looked authentic.
‘Runway 34’ produced and directed by Ajay Devgn is releasing on April 29.
