Lucknow: The city was witness to the Hindi Pakhwada Diwas festivities in many places. The Lalit Kala Akademi Regional Center was no exception. The festivities were inaugurated on 14th September 2021 which saw the presence of Dr. Dinesh Chandra Awasthi, senior litterateur and former special secretary, Legislative Assembly, Uttar Pradesh as Chief Guest. The special guest was Shri Padmakant Sharma Editor, Kala Kunj Bharti, Dr. Devendra Kumar Tripathi, Regional Secretary was present as well.
The inauguration and the lighting of the lamp happened following all the guidelines of covid 19. Dr. Dinesh Chandra Awasthi, the chief guest of the program, said in his lecture that Hindi has a bright future and that will be ensured by the general public doing their work in Hindi only. He said the government can be helpful in the development of the society, but the responsibility should be of the common man. It is the duty of the society to reflect on the high and low control over language in education and Hindi got importance in education and along with it Dr. Awasthi recited self-written poetry.
The special guest of the program, Padmakant Sharma, Editor, Kala Kunj Bharati, delivered his lecture.
He said that Hindi is the soul of the nation and the manifestation of the spirit of the country through the language of the nation. Hindi is the only language that expresses perfection, so all offices Hindi should be used more and more in work practice.
Dr. Devendra Kumar Tripathi, Regional Secretary, Lalit Kala Akademi, Regional Centre, Lucknow introduced the chief guest and special guest on this occasion. In his address he outlined the idea behind organizing Hindi week. Keeping the outline of the plan, he assured that more and more work in the office will be done in Hindi.
