Revamp of Aishbagh Railway Station under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme on the cards

Lucknow: Ministry of Railways has prepared a new policy for modernization of stations named as Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Under this, continuous development of stations has been envisaged.

Stations will be developed by preparing a master plan

It is based on the preparation of a master plan according to station requirements and the implementation of elements of the master plan. Under this development plan, it is envisaged to develop the stations as the main place of the city.

The needs of the stakeholders have also been taken care of to provide a pleasant travel experience to the rail passengers.

Along with new features, old features will also be upgraded

Regarding this, new facilities as well as old facilities will also be upgraded under Amrit Bharat at Aishbagh station of North Eastern Railway’s Lucknow division area at a cost of about 20 crores. For which a master plan has been prepared. And with this goal will be implemented in a phased manner.
