Rural tourism the new buzzword in Bismillah’s Kashi
Varanasi: There is immense potential in rural tourism. This needs to be encouraged. On National Tourism Day, the speakers said these things in the national seminar in the auditorium of Faculty of Arts, BHU. The program was organized by the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Studies.
Chief guest India Tourism Assistant Director Amit Gupta said that it is most important to speed up eco-friendly tourism in rural areas. He announced setting up of Youth Tourism Club in BHU on behalf of India Tourism. District Tourism Officer Kirtiman Srivastava said that they should prepare themselves according to the constantly changing and dynamic tourism sector.
Tourism Welfare Association President Rahul Mehta said that the tourism industry in Varanasi is growing at a fast pace. Students should take skill development seriously for new opportunities.
Vice President of Tourism Gilt Pankaj Singh called upon the students to make their personality impressive. He asked the students to keep as much information as possible.
