Save Water Save Birds campaign launched by group of well meaning people
Barabanki: A campaign of “Save water, save Birds” by the youth was started as soon as the heat increased in the summer season. Common man to animal birds are also troubled. Under the said campaign, the campaign was started by hanging water in earthen pots in the courtyard of the District Information Office.
And the National Computer Training Center’s Managing Director SK Verma gave a message to the employees to keep water for the birds by giving them earthen pots, as well as appealing to save the birds that all the people in the roofs and courtyards of their respective houses. Water must be kept in the vessel for the birds to drink so that the birds come and sit on the terraces and drink water in summer to quench their thirst.
Praising this commendable work, social worker Usha Yadav said that it is the moral duty of every person to do something for the helpless animals and birds because in the rising heat, along with humans, animals and birds need water. Zakia Sultan said that it is the duty of every class of person to have compassion for them and to be a part of the campaign and arrange food and water for them. Ramlali Verma, Mamta, Ambika Prasad, Vijaypal, Ramsamujh, Sandeep, Lavkush, Vivek, Shivam were present in the program.
