Special Lok Adalat lasted for four days was successful

Bareilly: District Judge / Chairman District Legal Services Authority  Vinod Kumar organized a four-day special Lok Adalat of NI Act in the District Court.

Nodal Officer Lok Adalat/Additional District Judge Shri Arvind Kumar Yadav informed that all the Additional District Judges, officers of finance companies, advocates and office bearers participated in the Special Lok Adalat and got the pending cases of arbitration executed.

He said that 183 cases pending for execution of NI Act were successfully disposed of by various Sessions Courts through Special Lok Adalat.

Secretary District Legal Services Authority Judge Saurabh Kumar Verma informed that Special Lok Adalat in which 4115 cases were filed. In the special Lok Adalat of the NI Act, which lasted for 4 days, 183 cases were successfully disposed of. For the convenience of the litigants in the Lok Adalat, the helpdesk of the District Legal Services Authority was also established.
