Spirituality will bloom in every corner of Ayodhya

Ayodhya: Ayodhya’s identity as a spiritual city will be further strengthened. The entrances, flyovers and walls of private and government buildings will be painted with spiritual themed paintings. The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) has announced a competition for students and general public to design, art work and conceptualize major routes of the temple city.

Officials said that once the entries are received, the process of shortlisting and selecting the best design and art works will begin.

Murals, sculptures, decorations of entrances and other elements are being planned based on the overall theme of Ramayana, the life of Lord Ram and the history of Ayodhya (UP), which will include modern artistic techniques and techniques, said Vishal Singh, Vice President, ADA. Styles will be included.

The winners will be given a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh along with a certificate.

After the construction of the Ram temple next year, the authority is planning to give a complete facelift to the city to further improve the experience of pedestrians and other commuters on the four major roads of the city.

The control guidelines of entry gates at Ram Path, Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path and Dharma Path are also being implemented. The exterior walls of their buildings, shops and other structures will have a uniform look and feel.

The minimum width of all four roads will be 12 meters.

These four routes are expected to see a large movement of tourists and pilgrims in the coming years. After completion of wall murals and art work on these, lighting and decorative works of entrances will also be done.
