Lucknow: ‘Arambh hai Prachand’ creates a magical vibe all over Riverfront Park on the 5th day of the Gomti Book Festival. Talking at Author’s Corner at the Book Festival Piyush Mishra talked about his upcoming book and interacted with the young audience. He even addressed their problems and provided them solutions full of motivation and encouragement.
In the Children’s Corner, the ‘Interactive story telling session through puppetry’ by Dr Payal Singh Chaudhary engaged the kids in an enthusiastic fervour. In the session on ‘The Art of Public Speaking’, Vera Hajela former principal City Montessori School conducted the session which was an inspiring one for students. The drawing and storytelling competition titled ‘Gomti as the lifeline of Lucknow’ was attended with great enthusiasm and lot of fun.
In the session on Book Discussion, the author of the book ‘Dynamic DM’ – Dr Heera Lal, former District Magistrate, shared the journey from how he started his career as a writer, the ups and downs he went through and how satisfying it is to follow your passion no matter what.
In the YUVA corner, two NGO’s discussed social causes, and cyber crime. The evening ended with performance of the Sasahtra Seema Bal (SSB) band.
