Swashbuckling Vaibhav Arora creates a flutter with his performance in debut game
Mumbai: Punjab Kings registered a spectacular win against Chennai Super Kings in the 11th match of IPL 2022. Punjab Kings won the match by 54 runs. Young fast bowler Vaibhav Arora has also contributed in this victory of Punjab, who made his dream debut against Chennai. Vaibhav Arora took two wickets for 21 runs in the span of four overs. Questions arose on giving Vaibhav Arora a chance as he was given a place in the playing XI in place of Sandeep Sharma.
Vaibhav Arora lived up to the expectations of the captain Mayank Agarwal and gave a strong performance in his very first match. Talking about Vaibhav Arora, he was born on 14 December 1997. He is 24 years old now. Vaibhav Arora plays for Himachal Pradesh in domestic cricket and made his first-class debut against Saurashtra in 2019. He made his T20 debut against Chandigarh in 2021.

He was bought by Punjab Kings in IPL 2022 Mega Auction for two crores. There is a friendship between Vaibhav Arora and Arshdeep Singh, both have been playing together from junior level cricket.
