Lucknow: This time it will be easy to go from Lucknow to Delhi and come from Delhi to Lucknow on Diwali. In view of the rush of passengers in routine trains between Lucknow-Delhi, Railways is going to run additional buses from October 26 and Transport Corporation from October 25.
In view of the waiting in the trains of Bihar, the railway administration is going to run a special train from Chhapra to Delhi via Lucknow from 26 October to 30 November.
Lucknow to New Delhi train from November 2: Tejas train running between Lucknow and New Delhi will run with additional trips on November 2, 3 and 9. This will give relief to the passengers waiting in the trains of Delhi.
The Roadways Administration has deployed a fleet of 55 additional AC Janrath buses on Lucknow-Delhi, Jaipur, Gorakhpur, Dehradun and Varanasi routes in view of the rush in the trains.
Regional Manager Pallav Bose said that the fare and timetable of additional buses has been registered on the website of the Transport Corporation. Booking of seats in advance in these buses started from 12:00 on the night of 24th.
